What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I signed up for 3 DietBet games only to injure my left foot late last night in a stupid accident (trying to avoid my dog who was jumping off the bed straight into my path). so my goals are to figure out a daily exercise routine that doesn’t involve using my feet, while burning some calories. Bad luck, but what can you do?
