f you're looking for a March kickstarter, we're doing another round of Whole 30. This is a great group and we had many success stories last game. I've been through 2 rounds, my first lossing 14.4lbs and my second lossing 9.6lbs. This is a great program and I'm proof it works! Hope to see you there.http://diet.bt/nFOwQo

Hi transformers, you inspire me!! I finally sign up for Mar 2016 virtual 5K with Zombies Run. I am on Zombies 5K app finish doing Week 6 Day 3. Tomorrow is the start of Week 7 training. The plan is to repeat the training before the race starts. I'm doing other exercise on the days that I don't run.

Hi everyone. I have challenged myself to complete a 5K every month this year. I have registered for January and February so far, I have a standing race in May and November. I made it through week 4 of C25K and the rain moved me inside. My knees then began to hurt which I think was due to the treadmill. I have been resting them for spring. I will power walk the 5K's until I can run again. Looking forward to hearing tips and victories from the group.

Hi All, I'm new to DietBet and new to Running. I'm hoping to read your inspiring comments and get tips to help me along. I started exercising again, after hitting over the 300lb mark again in July 2014. After feeling horrible about myself and deciding to make a change. In August 2014 I started walking and slowly jogging, I am currently down to 233lbs, as of my first DietBet weigh in yesterday. I'm hoping this DietBet keeps me motivated and get's me below the 200lb mark by this summer. Good luck to all of you and I wish you all the best.
