didnt eat the cupcakes.. there were so many choices. especially difficult since it was a 3 day weekend but i stayed on track. i had fruit.. ☺

Everything..wow!! talk about a head banger!!! i have packed on the pounds.. didn't want to believe it.. smh.. my stomach is huge....im disappointed in my actions..

No Soda!!! i just finished my 10 day cleanse and I had no craving for it! huge win!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

workouts.. it was BUSY week.... only did half of my scheduled workouts

stay on schedule with workouts and continue to drink water. will juice at least one meal of the day..no weightoss but considering Halloween treats and the partiesI attended- that was an excellent outcome!

Was enticed with late night apple pie & ice cream with the hubby... and I scored a victory...as great as it smelled baking.. I decided it wasn't worth all if my progress
