I had ZERO nsv’s in the last game. I was already up 2.4kg before I even left for my holiday due to a bad few days and then my period.
On holiday, I ate like an asshole. I found it very difficult in America to choose foods that were low in carbs (soooo many hidden carbs!) and to focus on things that weren’t food related. Everything revolves around food and the portion sizes were huge.
The plan was to share meals with my partner but we could t because I love cheese and he is dairy intolerant.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Everything. Since being back Tuesday, I’ve lacked the ability to knuckle down for my diet and refocus on my goals.
I’m hoping that once the panic of being home (with soooo much $$ left in my bank than we anticipated and the lead up to Christmas) has worn off, things will start to get moving in the right direction.
