My jacket is not tight anymore. Old jeans buttoned up well.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had two days that I didn’t stick to my diet. Over calories and well over carbs. I think this impacted me and I could do better. This week will be better.

Back to exercising 6 days a week and sticking to my diet 100%. I need to lose 2.3 lbs for my other dietbet. I don’t want to lose the money.
