Ate very healthy and made much better choices regarding food and movement.. meal planning is going fantastic and I am having fun creating new recipes that are healthy for me and my family. . Had a few cheat bites but overall a very good week! Very happy with how wonderful I feel, the energy I'm starting to get and how I'm starting to become more strong. So excited for the next few weeks!!!
