Hi Roma, I wasn't able to post under your comment because I am not officially in this game until tomorrow. You asked about the turkey. We do ours outside on the grill. Place an aluminum pan under the 2 center grills with beer, onions, celery and garlic. Turn 4 burners on high for about 15 minutes. Turn the center 2 off and place your season turkey on the non heat center. It took 2 hours for ours to cook. That was a 12# turkey. Be sure to use a thermometer to make sure it is done. Skin is crisp and super juicy. You will never want to do one in the oven again. Very easy cleanup and delicious left overs.
