Non-scale victory of the week!
So im pretty excited about my weigh in this week. I need to lose 2 more pounds before the final weigh in. I am sloooowwwlllyyy cutting out bread in my life. I love me some bread. Even though i had strep throat I try to manage in getting more steps in the past week. I have also start physical therapy tomorrow to help me so i can exercise more.
