Non-scale victory of the week!

Meal prep - one day, lots of dishes but makes the week easier

I have an apt to see a Natruapath and see if she can help make sure I keep going and I'm accountable to her as well.

Non-scale victory of the week!

MAJOR junk food in the staff room and no one there - just me in the room with chocolate bars and birthday cake and I DID IT!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been quite sick with a bad cold and had to use cough candies and cough syrup which goes against all rules of whole30 but I had to be able to work and that was the only way I could do it. I also did not exercise once because I was so sick.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Go for walks, stay on Whole30 guidelines - try to make some new foods from whole30 so I don't get bored with the food limitations

Long-term goal weight

195 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Time and energy. I am a single mom and have multiple jobs as well as my children in sports. I am also a picky eater and I don't enjoy vegetables at all. Buy the time I get home in the evening I'm so exhausted and find it hard to cook a healthy meal. As for exercise, I am usually in too much pain and I have bad knees - I have had one surgery and told I will have to have knee replacement :(

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I would like to start doing yoga at least twice a week and walk 2x/week. I am going to use the Whole30 program for food. I did it before and my inflammation,brain fog and cravings disappeared. When I went back off I realized that I can't do whole30 as a diet - it needs to be a lifestyle otherwise I'm in too much pain. So tomorrow is Day#1 for Whole30Lifestyle
