What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Goals are to try to work out more (as long as there isn't a Migraine) and eat really clean no matter what. Start weight lifting to work on the muscles! Happy that my dress for Dawn's wedding fits, but want to look better in it!

Work out at least 30 minutes every day, walk on the beach lots from Sunday until Thursday! Take the scale with me for weigh in Wednesday!

I have ridden my bike twice this week and took the dog for a walk. Despite my pain, I am trying to be more active! I am now in a size 14 pants!
