To stay on track while at work. It's really hard when there is always someone with food to share! My goal is to be more self aware of what I am doing when it comes to snacking. It's a habit but, one that can be broken!!! I have prepared sliced zucchini for a crunchy snack, orange slices for a sweet snack. Wish me luck!!
