Non-scale victory of the week!

I started a new Dietbet with MermaidfitJess and I am so determined to make this work. This is my third Dietbet, I won the first and lost the second. I don't want to loose any more bets just pounds!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

The scale went up but the inches went down. I bought a smaller size pair of jeans and the waist is already to big.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have stuck to my calories better and got up and moved more.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been able to increase my time on the treadmill, but I have a long way to go before I'm ready for the 5k in April. I will get there!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I could have ate better and drank more water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I stuck to 1200 cals plus I went to the fitness center 4 days to workout and I still gained. I know the official weight doesn't reflect a gain but the unofficial weights I had entered does. I'm so disappointed in myself I just don't know what more to do, other then cut the calories more.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe I could have drank more water and ate more protein.

Drink more water, eat more protein and non starchy vegetables, stay under 50grams of carbs and continue exercising

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non scale victory this week has been my dedication to not only get to the fitness center to workout but to push my self to do more. I have made a comment to myself and my family that I am going to be fit so I can and will be able to enjoy life with them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel I could have ate better this week. Loosing only 1lb is not good enough. I have to do better the next 2 weeks if I want to win anything.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week has gone great. I love going to the fitness center to exercise and I really enjoy having the discipline of knowing what I'm going to eat ahead of time, because I have planned ahead so I won't be tempted to just grab anything.

I have been at the fitness center everyday this week and I'm getting ready to go there now. My thighs are kind of sore but I'm going to keep pushing on to a healthier me. Oh yeah I'm down 2.8lbs. YAHOO
