Non-scale victory of the week!
Doing the one meal a day intermittent fasting thing for this challenge. so far so good. since I had to start a six day steroid med for inflammation to my knee which requires me to take meds with food, I am going to switch it up and just eat carbs at evening meat and two carb free meals for breakfast and lunch. that usually works for me too!
