Non-scale victory of the week!

Doing the one meal a day intermittent fasting thing for this challenge. so far so good. since I had to start a six day steroid med for inflammation to my knee which requires me to take meds with food, I am going to switch it up and just eat carbs at evening meat and two carb free meals for breakfast and lunch. that usually works for me too!

Should have included more exercise.

Unfortunately I haven’t exercised but haven’t had much of an appetite either.

i Will exercise at least three times for the week get over 7 hours of sleep each night and eat an abundance of plant based foods!!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most challenging thing is balancing work, family, and extracurricular activities with consistently eating as well as I would like and exercising.
