Keep pushing! We all have days that aren't as great as others. Just remember, YOU ARE DOING IT. One slice of pizza or one bad meal doesn't need to ruin this for you...just keep pushing!

Hi, boy, oh, boy, I am the exact same way. I have to get rid of the peanut butter. Totally get it out of your house. Ask me how I know!! That jar calls my name constantly!

Hey Rosa, I a big fan of peanut butter or almond butter too! have you seen the brand PB2 for peanut butter. I get it at the local super walmart. Not a fan of walmart but some foods are better priced there. The PB2 come in chocolate also only 45 calories for 2 tbsp and or the walden farms line is good also. I hope this helps. Hi Hannah..thank you sweetie..I have to admit myself Walmart does have better prices on some items..I never seen the PB2 there..I will definitely look for it next time and I will go check out the web site..thank you again for the heads up :-)

I have found eating fruit w/my lunch gets rid of the craving for sweets after dinner. I have tested this time and again. My suggestion is to eat some strawberries (fiber) and watermelon (water) on your salad for lunch. I also have blueberries and strawberries in my protein shake for breakfast. So by the time dinner comes around I don't have any of those cravings. For the peanut butter, try the Mara Natha brand (no-stir) Almond Nut Butter so good and healthy. Make yourself 1 tbsp and a bunch of crunchy veggies, not just celery, and scoop a little bit of pb on each piece of veggie. Before you know it you will be full because it wasn't just pb. Also drink a cup of hot green tea w/this snack. It gives you a nice warm full feeling and you're done snacking. Hope this helps.
