Thanks Amie for the lovely words of encouragement - I had a night out last night with wine, roast dinner and dessert consumed so not sure that weight would still be off this am ;) but will be good for a couple of days and then weight in again - i'm also flat out studying for my last assignment and it seems to make me hungry! will be done in a week though. Lets do this!

I have joined the next one also :-) And I just got an email about joining a 10% in 6 months group. From Nov to May ... should keep me going hopefully. :-)

yeah I weighed in on a tuesday am, so not sure if I can stretch it to wednesday am, or if I have to do it tomorrow morning. But as I won't make the goal, I don't think I need to take the photo.

Yes I would love to do this again, so I will keep going. I still have 10kg to loose by the end of the year, to make the 50kg all up. But I haven't been the best at my food for the past 3 months so going no where fast! LOL 10 weeks to get my butt into gear and get as close as possible by the 31st December.

Hi Amie, I gained a little bit back on at end school hols when I didn't go to gym and ate out a lot. Oops! Still think I can do it though as gained weight should come off quick, I'm back tracking again today. Hope you still have a chance even with dodgy scales.

I have to loose 4.2 over all I think ... and so far have lost 1.4 so so 2.8kg to go.
You on the other hand are doing FABULOUSLY :-) Great job.
