I got multiple compliments from people at work that I look thinner.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly. Super Bowl was my first cheat in weeks and I just felt guilty. Beer just didn’t taste as good and everything else was just so heavy. It was rough getting back on my original track but I will be there this week. Also I didn’t get much sleep with my whacky work schedule this week.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My inconsistent work schedule as a police officer causes many days/nights of lack of sleep as well as poor diet options when getting stuck in certain situations.
