Non-scale victory of the week!

2 days in a row I've reached my goal in regards to my water consumption! I also worked out 3 days.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Sticking with new habits. I always start full force and then after a few weeks give up and end up right where I was. It's also hard for me to have the energy for exercise after my stressful days at work

I'm going to try carb cycling with my daily calories not going over 1500. I'm going to try to exercise as soon as I get home from work before I sit down or even make dinner.
