What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I start off a diet really well, exercising (a bit like a New Years resolution, which wains over time), eating lots of fruit and veg but my enthusiasm begins to fail. Self sabotaging behaviour, something I need to change in myself.
