What do you feel you could have done better this week?
The past few months, since the end of November which coincidentally coincides with the start of hte holidays and our big cruise, the demons have been winning almost every day. When the demons win. I have a negative weight loss, as in a gain :(. Today the demons are losing. My only goal is to make the demons lose tomorrow as well. I did hurt my back but that only impacts my workouts not the amount of food that gets shoveled in my face. No excuseses there.

Realizing I may not be the fastest walker in my town anymore because I’m not walking anymore, my daily speed walks have turned into a run. So, now I’m more like the slowest runner. That and running at 7800 feet with no problems!
