Non-scale victory of the week!

Deciding to go into this diet full force both mentally and physically

I could have resisted the take out food, and soda.

My goals for the coming week are to reduce the amount of sugary drinks I consume each day until I am drinking only water or plain tea.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for this upcoming week is to lose the water weight, (drinking lots of water) and to have no artificial sugar. Once I get past the first week of this diet I will feel a whole lot better.
