I am starting to realize I will be sore daily as I push myself with the JM 90 day challenge. Did that decrease as you got more fit or get more intense? I am going to do weeks 1&2 for three weeks then I am on vacation so probably come back and do another week before I move to the next set. Any advice or suggestions? I am inspired by you continuing to weeks 7 & 8. I can imagine the cardio 3?!
As for soreness , nothing was worse than 7&8 so far. Cardio 3 is a killer, she really steps it up. 9 is so many plank type exercises that I had to modify to save my wrists. I was sick during 5&6 and did an extra week after taking a week off. I'm glad I did before progressing. Hope you have a great vacation!
