Non-scale victory of the week!

Was able to resist complete snacking on vacation, but ....snacking still occurred.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was on vacation, and tried to be active, succeeding fairly well. But then I got sick and bedridden, and so haven't been eating or moving like I should. Starting this one off tough, but hoping to finish strong.

Nothing!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well I'm stumped. I had stomach flu for an entire week, so I ate almost nothing and drank a ton of water to keep from dehydrating. Plus, this was at the same time that we walked miles on vacation. Absolutely stumped.

My wedding dress was too big!!!

I did have one cheat day, but also period time so I just kept puffing up and puffing up :(
