Really? Hmpf stupid scales.. >.< I made it but only just. I kept being the same weight for the last weeks and I was thinking I'm never going to make it, but I did :D Soo happy! But in your case it might be muscle weight then..? Or just broken scales.. because you have been working out very hard!

Im always hungry if i lose weight. Eat around 3000 +-100cals a day. But i started to lose more weight than previous weeks, I guess my metabolism went up a bit. I drink just under a gallon of water on average. Workouts 4-5 times a week. Good on you too, keep going!

daannnggg thats a lot of calories lol good job on losing weight, I drink about the same amount of water :)

Thank you! I will try my best! I'm staying with a friend, so at least I don't have to eat out every day. But yes, good idea, I will just go for a walk or run every day, or maybe if there is a stairs somewhere... I might use those.. ^^ You also good luck this week, keep it up, we're doing great! :D

Oh, IIFYM is basically when you sneak in a few unhealthy foods in your diet, while still being under caloric deficit and not exceeding fats etc..

Yeah im in auckland. I acually dont watch him, maybe saw a couple of videos, but saw the chest shaving one and since I was going to lose some fat anyway, decided to join this challenge.
