Thanks dahling! I'm looking forward to literally putting more work into my weight loss. I've been calorie counting for a year and a half but have been slacking off with the exercise which I've kicked up a notch with cardio and weight training. My excuse was not enough time but rather than sit on the sofa and watch TV when the kids go to bed I exercise for 30-60 minutes. It's 11:15pm, time to exercise!

P.S. I have bday cheesecake in the oven LOL!
