You are going great!! We both started out at about the same weight. I started at 384 and joined diet bet at 367. You may also want to check out the Paleo Diet. I lost a lot of weight on my own but once I started on the Paleo Diet I dropped weight faster and more importantly I felt a lot better!! My energy was more evenly distributed and didn't have "highs" and "lows" from being hungry or from eating carbs. I wish you the best and no matter what keep plugging away every day!!!
