Non-scale victory of the week!
Realized a big difference with me being full with smaller food portions.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I wish I would have been move active in general on a daily basis this past week. With getting little to no sleep, I've been too tired to walk or do much.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Better sleep. This insomnia is killing me. I'm trying everything I can to get sleep and am struggling very much. It is my main priority along with diet.
