Realizing I haven't had bread for three weeks, which is huge.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I still could have ate better and worked out just a tad bit more, but I'm happy with how it ended. Period was this week and mine are extremely bad so eating went downhill those three days, as well as no working out because I was hurting so much. However, I ended strong in both areas.
