Tried a couple of new healthy recipes!

Less little snitches here and there. That said, you'll see a picture of the wedding cake in my freezer. My daughter has been practicing all week for my other daughter's wedding. So I've been surrounded with cake and I only took a couple of really tiny bites. So yay me!

Hiked up stadium stairs at the Vivint Arena with my son for a Utah Jazz game and felt amazing to do it so easily! ????

Back 100% on plan with nutrition this week! And leading a small group January health challenge as part of my health coaching! Loving it!! Oh, and also got my health coach certification completed in December!!

Got off a bit during the holidays, but did much better than I've done in the past. Time to hit it hard and meet my goal for the next prize drawing!
