Non-scale victory of the week!
The victory is being able to handle the stress and curves life has thrown my way without turning to food. I've been tempted and I've resisted.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Lately there have been days I haven't hardly gotten steps in. Always some, but sometimes far less than typical for me. I need to make sure to move more in the morning since you never know what the day will bring.
