Non-scale victory of the week!
Ordered a small tostada instead of Chile relleno. Did pretty well exercising...started couch to 5k program.

Not had a midweek cheat meal. Sunday's are my cheat day.

I figured it out that a nutritionist is covered by insurance... but at two different levels. Need to figure or how to use one with the covered 100% plan. Stay on plan.
