Non-scale victory of the week!
I was able to put on a bikini for the first time ever in life and looked good in it! I also met my goal of running 1 mile in 10 minutes. I have been doing it in just under that.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have gotten up on Monday and hit the gym instead of going back to sleep because I was tired.
