Non-scale victory of the week!

I made sure to do a crockpot meal this week so I have healthy meal options. Trying Hello Fresh.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Snacked less. Getting to bed earlier. I was sick last week so it was hard to stay on track with food I think I did okay.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Reach for healthy high protein snacks. Aim for 165g protein daily. Start planning for sugar detox. Track food. I can do this! Start the habit now to make concrete in cooling phase of cycle.

Joined DB again! I really feel I’m in the right mindset now. Hubs and I are even gonna try to cut out sugar!

Not eating so much candy over the holiday weekend.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Gotta get back on the wagon. Make sure you have lunch and dinner prepped. I will begging planning meals for our sugar detox and plan to get groceries Sat. So plan meals Friday-ish. My goal this week is to work on getting to bed earlier so I’m not sure tired during the day and so I won’t reach for a sugary snack.

I’ve stress eating because of the Paradise Camp Fire and I’ve gotten way off track. I had plateaued before that now I’m just going up.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planned food, healthy snacks, I haven’t planned or prepped meals for a couple weeks now.

I need to get back on track. I won’t have time to prep dinner, but I can thaw leftovers, eat my prepped breakfast from last week. Eat intuitively and try to track my food. Continue Beth’s book. Chin up girl you can do this.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been prioritizing exercise and me time. I’m starting to feel less stressed at work because of it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still having issues with snacking. I need to have healthy snacks on hand at work in case I don’t feel well. Also have healthy snacks for bedtime or tea instead. Diet has been okay, need to plan better for dinners.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Since I don’t get home in time to eat dinner, I need to make sure I’m either bringing dinner or I can buy a healthy option in town. Apparently the power bowl isn’t setting me back with the the changes I make. I would like to continue Sharny’s daily exercises and walking at work—I need to make time to exercise to help my shoulders.

I ran up the stairs and didn’t get winded. Walking and yoga Josephine’s helping!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Walk at work even the crazies my bug me. As long as it’s daytime it’ll be okay. I can always do some calisthenics inside on lunch. Plan snacks better at night on the weekends—don’t just eat because you’re tired.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Plan meals today and get groceries today or tomorrow. Do two crockpots this week. Continue weekend exercising and do as much as possible during the week. Don’t worry about water retention from my cycle. Try to make going to bed early a priority.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week went much better! I walked on my lunch at work, woke up early to stretch and even did yoga one day! The yoga made a HUGE difference on the neck and shoulder pain I get from work and stress. Definitely going to keep at it! Plus the walk at lunch helps to energize me for the rest of the day and I don’t need more caffeine!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Gone to bed earlier. I need to remember this should be my top priority. Enough sleep reduces cravings, stress, migraines, and helps me to think clearer.

Continue meal planning—crockpots during the work week and some prep on Sundays. Plan meals every Fri/Sat for the week. Continue walking on lunch, try to get to bed earlier so I can wake up to do yoga first thing. Remember “my why”—my kids and my family! That’s why I’m doing this!!

Ok so this week went better than last. I did bring my lunch to work so I was successful with that.

I just had a couple days I didn’t have dinner with me and didn’t make the best choice. I can’t depend on Sam to cook yet so the days I know I don’t have something healthy to eat at home I need to bring lunch and dinner to work.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Bring lunch and dinner to work. Try to go to bed by 9 so I’m getting 8 hours of sleep. I need to either start doing yoga in the morning or after the girls go to bed. Or even take a short walk after the girls go to bed. That’s the only way I’ll fit in exercise unless I walk during lunch which so far hasn’t been feasible. Sunday (today) I’m going to make/prep a couple dinners for the week. I need to pray more and trust the Lord will help me in this challenging time.

My friend asked me if I was sick and that’s why I’ve lost so much weight!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to bring my lunch to work hands-down no matter what. If we have a luncheon I can save the lunch for the next day or for dinner on the way home. Also, I need to have a plan for the weekend so I don’t end up binging on sugary foods like I did yesterday.

Stick to meal plan. Bring lunch/dinner to work. Have a plan for the weekend: either crockpot on Friday or bring dinner to eat on the way home. Friday was the gateway to the weekend and I made a lot of bad choices.

At least I had healthy leftovers this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ev-Rey-thing! Ugh...this week was terrible. Went on the lake and ate junk. I’ve been having adult beverages a lot and just making very poor food choices. Other than steps I haven’t exercised either and I’m not getting enough sleep which DOES NOT help!

Do ecart for next week’s planned meals. Set up exercise schedule to start with work. Stop PM snacks. IF when I can. Get to exertenal envisioning exercise if time allows. Aim for goal of 10k steps daily.
