I made sure to do a crockpot meal this week so I have healthy meal options. Trying Hello Fresh.

Snacked less. Getting to bed earlier. I was sick last week so it was hard to stay on track with food I think I did okay.

Reach for healthy high protein snacks. Aim for 165g protein daily. Start planning for sugar detox. Track food. I can do this! Start the habit now to make concrete in cooling phase of cycle.
