Non-scale victory of the week!
Got back on track again working out heavily because of the Highland games practice, and am drinking 90 plus ounces of water a day and tracking my calories better!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eaten less sodium, I was bloated and swollen a couple days and worried about weigh in bad!
