This is for the ladies.... how much does your week fluctuate during your "time of the month"

Several pounds, depending on how much fluid I was retaining.

Same! It can be frustrating and puts me in a bad headspace even though I know what's happening

I just joined and am ready to get back on track! After losing nearly 60 lbs, I have gained almost half of that back. Time to regain control!💪

  • Happy Wednesday! Here we are, day 3 of the game! How are you doing so far? Did you start out strong and stay on track? If you did, that's great! If you didn't, that's ok too. Don't look back, just start now.

The key to success is to never give up! Don't strive to be perfect, strive for progress. Make every day count as you build the habits that will keep you moving toward your goal.

Take a moment to be proud that you joined this game. You invested in your health and made yourself a priority. That's not easy and you have taken that first step.

What is your biggest hurdle for this game, and how do you plan to overcome it?

Many of struggle with that Tiffany! I recommend working on building healthy habits so they become part of your routine and something you look forward to. :) Start with something small, then you can build from there.

My goal is not to start strong. I am working towards progress not perfection. The past year I will try to do all the things and it works against me when I can't sustain. This week I sought to focus on nutrition and add in and extra day of exercise, specifically 1 weight lifting day to my 2 karate days. Next week I will add 1 more day of lifting and try to increase my daily steps.
