I did resist food! Shirley tried to give me another English muffin sandwich and I didn’t eat it. I gave her back the donut she left for me as well. I’ve eaten very low carb, more protein and a lot of plant based. I worked out so much and I’m extremely proud of myself
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Meal Prep Sunday. But I’m learning and I’m doing the best I can do.
