Non-scale victory of the week!

I did resist food! Shirley tried to give me another English muffin sandwich and I didn’t eat it. I gave her back the donut she left for me as well. I’ve eaten very low carb, more protein and a lot of plant based. I worked out so much and I’m extremely proud of myself

Meal Prep Sunday. But I’m learning and I’m doing the best I can do.

Exercise more and more weight training. I also would like to slowly increase the calories I’m taking in to boost my metabolism!
