HI Acacia. It looks like you're doing well! Congrats! I found a spot on the floor with my new scales that weighs me a little less. :) Plus I'm back to being more disciplined. Sadly, my knee has given way. I was walking 10,000 steps/day and no longer can. I'll figure something else out. Take advice from a 65-year-old. Don't carry weight around for your knees to absorb year after year. It catches up with you. Thank you for encouraging me.
