Hi there :-) How did you go over the xmas and new years break?
Just over a week until xmas :-) Hope you are still staying strong with the food and exercise. :-) So far I have been really good with the alcohol. :-) Lets hope I can continue through the rest of the xmas / new year time. :-)Cracked 10kg's lost in 10 weeks today.

I found Gavin. He's in the Nov - May transformer which is why we can't see him on our home page. We are in the Oct - Apr transformer.
they run a new 10% challenge every month. So we are in different competitions.
I put a comment on his cheerboard to let him know. :-) Can still keep an eye on how he's going by clicking on his icon and going to his profile. :-)

Hi Amie, got back after midnight Minday from HK and unable to find private scales in hotel so I didn't weigh in! I didn't think I'd make it anyway. Missed by 100g now that I'm back I'm focused on next round. You're doing really well, do you win some bonus pool?
