Non-scale victory of the week!

This week was a little harder for me to get though. Since my accident on last week, I haven't been able to exercise due to the pain. I asked my doctor today can I start exercising again she said no just light moving around so that's what I've been doing.

I could have kept better track of my meals this week..

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had been doing good with making healthier choices since I started my diet bet,on June 25 2018.. I was exercising everyday for 30 minutes at least. Then on 7-10-18 I was involved in an accident someone hit me from behind so I'm a little depressed. I hope everyone else is doing well.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This past week went very good no sodas, no fried food and no junk food like chips, popcorn or cookies I don't usually have them on a regular basis but I'm glad that I have been making healthier choices. That's my new motto. Let's all just make healthier choices and that's a start. Thanks @fatgirlfedup for your strength and encouragement we all appreciate everything you and discovering danny do for us daily.. ♥️♥️♥️

My goals for the upcoming week are eating healthier by planning my meals, exercising at least 30 minutes a day, try to get at least 5 days out of the 7.. Just focusing on becoming a better me.
