Non-scale victory of the week!

Exercised 6 out if 7 days and increased both work out time and weight in workouts. Now I love working out.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I dug out an old workout friend...a beachbody Country Heat video...and lined danced my butt off despite the heat. I have not missed a workout since starting the dietbet even though we are in the throes of a heat wave. Major NSV for me!

I could have done better with meal prep and planning.
