So far so good girl! I know how hard this shit is but I know that you agree the results are so worth it. The changes I feel in my body fascinate me. Do you know I sat on the floor and crossed my legs (Indian style) for the first time since like High School!!! That may be something small to someone else but it was a major accomplishment to me! And it's the little things like that, that keep me motivated.
