Non-scale victory of the week!

I am starting to notice that a few of my shirts are looser and I an loving it!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Vacations mean eating out. I am also currently weak against mountain dew. I am working on my diet over my work outs. I hope to doom
