Non-scale victory of the week!
I’m back on the Keto track and feel great!! I’m doing well with my IF and using my tracking apps. I’m using them everyday! And I got into a pair of size 14 Lucky Brand Jeans with no stretch in them! Real denim! From a size 22/24 to 14 since May 2018.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn’t exercise st at all and could’ve planned my meals better ahead of time.

I hope to reach my diet bet goal before the end of the game, for the first time ever!!
