How goes it?? I'm bringing my swimming stuff this weekend, plus I'm sure Roch will give me a good workout too, so we should be good to go to survive Grey Cup weekend.

Never mind, maybe better than I thought! Down 1.2! Thought I was lower on my weigh in. Still no motivation or time it seems this week. Oh well.

Doing better than expected here! Swimming is good and the event last night had basically no carbs in the food, so didn't hurt much of anything. Whenever I cut out carbs I tend to lose which is awesome. I just have no plan to cut out all carbs. Swimming again tonight, even though it's crazy cold out!
