Hi Sara. I've heard your name over the years. I'm Aimee's sister so Mike is my brother-in-law. People weren't kidding when they said metabolism changes in the 30s. I used to be able to eat anything and never worried about gaining. Those days are over. So I'm working on changing my diet and focusing on exercise. I'm excited to have this kick start a new adventure.

I hear ya! The 30s have been a whole new ball game?! That's a big reason I became a Beachbody coach a couple years ago. Working to hold myself accountable! This will be a fun Dec. challenge!
