Hi Steph. Thanks so much for checking in with me. I am not doing so well. I just can't seem to stay focused on the diets. Very depressed and having a lot of emotional turmoil at home. I do well for the first week or so, and then just get discouraged when I try to stick to something and I just gain weight or stay the same. :(
