Thanks for inviting me!! You've seriously re-energized me out of a rut! I was even thinking of doing a 6-month one to make it to my bigger goal weight (but maybe should start small? lol).

I think that your should definitely try the transformer. It's actually a lot better for people who still need to lose a bigger amount of weight. It comes out to losing 3% of your total body weight a month over 6 months rather than 4% each month with the regular dietbets.
