Non-scale victory of the week!
3 days before vacation and I am on track!! Woohoo!! It feels great to be heading out of town feeling in control of my food cravings and feeling motivated.

I definitely had a little boredom hunger this week that got the better of me.

We are on vacation but I want to try to at least keep my weight stable while we are away. Lots of hiking!!
