Good luck Connie! Things just started here so if you I'm sure you will get in the grove of things. Weight watcher is a great plan. I know people personally that have done great on it. Try my Skinny muffin add berries if you have a sweet tooth. I have them every day as a meal or snack and am dropping weight. They are posted on my page. They are on the web so you should be able to find their points. They are not a typical muffin. Aka. Dr. Oz muffin
