Ur doing great!!! I am interested in paleo meal plan any suggestions do u eat potatoes and dairy?

I personally have sweet potatoes for 'healthy carbs' because I am an endurance runner. I don't have a ton of dairy, but do put milk in my coffee. Instead of white potatoes though? Roasted cauliflower or mashed cauliflower are AMAZING.
