Congrats on your weight loss. I participate in a dietbet group called Fitness Warriors, a small group that has been together for 10 months, currently in Fitness Warriors 10. Anyway, I have been with the group for 3 months, the group is very supportive and quite a few of them are close to their goal weight or actually in maintenance. Best of all the best is $10. I am actually already a TSFL client, Ken, and I LOVE that program. Rosemary McConkey is my coach, and my sister!! I'm only 10 pounds from my ultimate goal now!! Not sure I want to do another challenge for a little while! I've got some trips planned over the next few months so don't want to be obsessing about what I can eat!! I will definitely be making healthy choices though!! Thanks for your encouragement!! (-:
